More Christmas Decorating

I love that Annie wore the Santa hat I wore in high school almost every day we decorated!

Daddy puts on Reggae music and dances while Leia puts up the International Santa from Jamaica.  Always a hit!  :)

Annie got really into hearing our bear recite "The Night Before Christmas" this year.  ;)

And in the midst of all the decorating, the girls found some time to have a little wrestling fun!  :)

Leia & Mamma: Wedding Planners for Shana & Bob

Leia turned forty sugar-daisies into brown-eyed susans for Shana's wedding cake. ... And Mamma needed to work on the cake topper.  (Note how the groom has no head, ... or actually, the head is at the bride's feet. Ha!)

Football: Newberry vs. Brevard College

We met Grandma & Grandpa to watch the Newberry/Brevard football game today.  Perfect fall day for a game!!!

But the highlight for the girls was running with Daddy on the 40-yard line after the game was over!

Two Very Special Pieces of Art by Leia

This picture absolutely melted my heart.  It's Mamma & Daddy in love under a flowering dogwood tree.  I think it exemplifies how Leia sees our relationship!  SO beautiful!!!  (This one has to be framed!!!)

And this one is no less dear to me, for sure!  It exemplifies how Leia sees Mamma's faith!  It says, "Mom, you are closer to God than I ever will be. I think you understand our faith better than me.  This dove is to represent how close you are to God and the Holy Spirit."  Wow.  Just, ... wow!
