Fun and FREE at Furman, ... as well as a source of our summer music and element of culture! We travel to Greenville every Thursday evening to hear some wonderful orchestral concerts by the lake. Although many of these concerts were moved inside this year due to heat/storms, the girls seemed to enjoy dancing in McAllister Auditorium lobby just as much! Why not? ... When you're listening to a free concert of Rhapsody in Blue or the like, ...?!? (And now, with the new Furman Legacy Scholarships, for only Furman alumni children, maybe the girls could actually go there!)
