... in the Disney movie The Princess and the Frog, the main character Tiana is based on a real woman. She turned an old sugar mill into her own restaurant. I guess "Dookey Chase's Restaurant" wasn't a "cool" name enough for Disney. ;-) The real place wasn't quite as glamorous, but we found it!
