I can't tell you how much I grabbed onto this moment. With my daughter off in Portland Oregon and not really speaking to me, it was a pleasure to be invited over to South Carolina where Leia had to visit to take a particular high school test. Thank goodness she did! And this gave us a reason to take Annie over there with her new Kitty, miku. I just loved watching that moment of my 2 girls laughing together with the new cat. This experience of being separated truly made me never take time with my children for granted. Don't...waste...one...single...moment.
