Annie's Seventh Birthday
Complete with a new Fidget and a cake featuring "a bunny under a rainbow." After school, we began with frozen yogurt from Sweet Frog. Then Shana came over to give Annie a special necklace. Then it was time for cake, presents, and Oma & Papa! We ended the evening with Leia's Annie-Birthday-Show and some homemade fancy bunny ears from Mamma. Happy Birthday, Annie!
Annie's Birthday Morning
"I wanna open the tiniest present & set up the bunnies to meet the NEW bunnies." Annie would not be disappointed! Mamma also brought cupcakes to the 1st grade to celebrate!
Exploring the Resorts with Shana & Lunch at T-Rex
Shana and I let the kids sleep in this morning, and we went exploring Disney's deluxe resorts. Lots of fun! Shana even found the five legged goat on Mary Blair's mosaic in the contemporary! She should have good luck for years! Then it was off to eat Chocolate Extinction amid dinosaurs at T Rex, I really neat restaurant.
Universal & the Wizarding World of Harry Potter
This is the most amazing park in the history of the world! Intense, yes ... but AMAZING! The Forbidden Journey, with a mix of props & 3d screens, lives up to its #1 rating! The line is just as good as the ride (sorting hat and pensieve included and greenhouse included) and although overwhelming the first time, phenomenal the second! We spent the day drinking butterbeer & pumpkin juice ... eating chocolate frogs & meat from the bone at the 3 Broomsticks. At Olivander's Wand Shop, Leia was chosen! She tried out 3 wands ... the first wilted flowers, the second made a storm inside, but the third (made of vine with a unicorn hair core) chose her! The music made the day! Hogsmeade was so amazing we could only scratch the surface of Jurassic Park and Mythology. A spectacular day!
