Baby Bunnies 2019

Isn't this just the sweetest little baby Bunny picture? Also included here is how we were able to "sex" the bunnies, supposedly it is a male Bunny if the holes are completely separate and a female if they are connected. Leia was always really good at telling the difference.

Visiting Saint Mary's in Greenville SC

Today we were passing by Greenville South Carolina, so we decided to stop at Saint Mary's Catholic Church and take a photo where we were married 21 years ago. Here is a photo from that special day, in the very same spot:

Do you know what this nest box means? It means our Bunny named Luma is getting ready to have babies again! We are so excited to see the little ones very soon!

Spartanburg High School Reunion

My career, until I retired, was being a high school English teacher. One of the schools that I taught at for many years was Spartanburg high school. It was an inner city high school in Spartanburg South Carolina, and was the focus of a book that I wrote that was called a A Thousand Faces, the diary of an eccentric teacher. I was definitely a favorite teacher there, and Brooke was 1 of my favorite students. In fact, Brooke, Natalie, Nora, and others, came to my wedding! When it came time for their 10 year reunion, I was a very special guest invited by the student body, and even though it was hard for me socially as an introvert, I was so happy to go!

A School Project by Annie 2019

I am going to go ahead and say that Annie absolutely hated this school project. However however, because mama really loved it, I am posting about it. It is a very cute shadow Box nativity set!

Annie Turns Thirteen in 2019

Annie turned 13 today!  For her cake she wanted Happy Birthday written in Japanese! This is because this is the music and animation she is very into these days! She got some extra special presents, including a real telescope! It was also one of those rare times that we also made cupcakes on the same day for the school kids.
