There was another reason why I shed some tears at the library today: this was the very first time that Leia Rose chose, sat, and READ a book for her grade level VOLUNTARILY!!! Yes, it was a Scooby Doo picture novel called The Squeeze, but I don't CARE!!! This made me SO happy because it signifies that reading is no longer "hard" or "frustrating" for Leia. She is now doing it for PLEASURE! Hooray!

Another Amazing First
There was another reason why I shed some tears at the library today: this was the very first time that Leia Rose chose, sat, and READ a book for her grade level VOLUNTARILY!!!
