The Chosen set in Midlothian, TX is all located in Camp Hoblitzelle owned by the Salvation Army. The picture below is of the back of the set and is the only part of the set we could take pictures of. Still, it is interesting in that you can see a large crane used to hold the camera in shots from way above. You can also see the detail of the windows and the facade of the walls. Something interesting that no one seemed to notice is that there is a test wall closest to us, it is a wall behind set that they used to try out different facade textures. Also included here are a couple of photos of what the fan tent looked like from the inside. And something that almost no one takes a picture of: the porta potties and mobile sinks that are used for the fan extras. We spend so much time in these areas, I thought it would be important to record the spot!
