It was one of Shana's dreams to visit the clear waters of the Weeki Wachee river in Florida! I was happy to bring her here for her birthday trip this year and couple it with celebrating my friend Natalie's 50th birthday as well. Today we rented kayaks and explored the river! We saw many animals including a white ibis, some bald eagles, and even though I don't have a picture, we kayaked right over a manatee! We also saw a reptile shore before we ventured on to the mermaids.
