The Wake-Up-Daddy Tradition

We have a couple of new morning traditions now. First, when the girls are all ready to leave to take Leia Rose to school, we frolic into Mamma's & Daddy's bedroom to snuggle with Daddy, and consequently wake him up for work. It's a really happy way to start the day!

Also, it has been really hard in the past to wake Leia Rose up to get ready for school. Recently, I heard about a REALLY great way to do it from my friend Stephanie: start reading a book!!! I have been going through Leia's "Miss Spider" books, . . . and Leia Rose LOVES it! : )
