Annie's "Daddy Mode"

Meanwhile, Annie was in full-blown "Daddy Mode" (as she would be for almost her entire three-year-old spring) where she clings to Daddy with her life, not allowing Mamma to come near (unless Daddy is not around). Both "Mamma Mode" and "Daddy Mode" have happened SO often in both of our children's three-year-old year, that both Brian and I take it in a lighthearted way now. No more tears (like we had from BOTH Mom and Dad) when it happened with Leia. Now we just joke about how Annie is clinging to Daddy because he's soft (i.e. NOT the disciplinarian of the family).
