I am so glad I took the picture of our favorite food on the trip, fried pineapple! There is a little place within walking distance of the resort that is a line of shops and behind the shops where you could see the Lake there was a little food stand that sold this as well as passion fruit juice. We ate here again and again watching the koi in the water.
And this was in the same shopping center with those amazing Hawaiian ice from obesic and as well as what would become a big joke of the trip, the diamond-encrusted humu.
