Above is a photo of the Premier restaurant at disneyland, the Blue Bayou in New Orleas Square. And in the front of the picture is the table that we saw that at the restaurant. The restaurant is meant to mimic a beautiful Louisiana evening on the bayou. And you can see the Pirates of the Caribbean boats going by if you look out into the distance. Anyone who knows me knows I am always looking for a quiet dark restaurant when I go to Disney because of all the wildness of the rest of the day. It was my goal to be able to eat at this restaurant, and it may have been our first visit pin that gave us that magic. We kept checking for reservations but there wasn't any even up to the minute. When the restaurant opened, I decided the best idea would be to just go there and see if we could get any time slot they had. When we arrived they told us there would only be a 15-minute wait! The food was impeccable! And the Ambiance was so amazing, that it fooled emily! She asked if you were going to go to bed soon because it was in the middle of the night. I told her that the restaurant had fooled her and walked her outside the show her it was really in the middle of the day.
