It was super exciting to see this particular moving animatronic because it was an original from the New York World's Fair from before it's a small world even opened at disneyland! Mary Blair designed this animatronic herself and the original sketches below. Other animatronics from It's a small world are also here from that original world's fair, like a flying fish and a goose. There was also a picture of Mary Blair and Disney themselves talking about the concept art. In this part of the museum there were also some original animatronics from the Pirates of the Caribbean and from the tiki room like the flowers totem and one of the birds.
