Leia Rose has recently been VERY interested in riding a two-wheeler. (This is very advantageous, . . . seeing that the Easter Bunny is bringing Leia Rose a new bike!) Anyway, today the training wheels came off, . . . and we discovered our HUGE wrap-around porch was perfect for teaching. I also discovered that holding Leia's shoulders was PERFECT for practicing this. I would run with her, back and forth, letting go for as much as 4 seconds while she tried, then grabbing on again to catch her. It worked perfectly! Gone are the days when kids are just shoved down a hill! Ha! (But we've got all her protective pads on anyway.) ; )

Two-Wheeler Practice
