The Oberlies' Halloween Party 2008

Two representatives from families in full costume! Darth Vader (Leia Rose) as a part of the Star Wars family, . . . and the Jungle Tiger (Jessica)

as a part of the Jungle Safari family! Even little Declan was a giraffe, . . . but he was a bit grumpy for most of the party. ; )

One of the parents thought she could fool the girls into thinking she was a "real" ghost. Nope. ; )

There was a big light saber duel (or two) with one of the little boys at the party. Leia Rose was enjoying watching, but had no desire to join in. ; )

The Oberlies always plan a really great activity for the party. Last year it was pumpkin painting, . . . and this year it was Halloween cupcake decorating!

Awwww, ; ) And Annie wanted to make one, too! [I have noticed that only just recently has Annie truly been copying everything her sister does.] ; )

And I just ADORE this picture that Leia Rose drew of all of us at the party! What a GREAT Darth Vader, Leia Rose! And I (dressed as Princess Leia) came complete with my buns! ; )
