Alan's Legacy (Part II): Carbonation

Okay, first Leia became Uncle Alan's legacy in regards to love-of-ketchup. And NOW Annie follows suit with love-of-carbonated-beverages!!! Oh no!!! The story goes like this, . . . with Alan only a few years old, he was whining that he couldn't open a can of Coke. Grandpa said, "If you can't open the can, then you can't have the Coke inside." And for sheer love of the drink, Alan proceeded to open the Coke can with no problem at all. Ha! Soooo, this is how I found Annie this afternoon . . .
Yep, she had gone into the recycling bin, retrieved the rinsed out Sierra Mist bottle of Daddy's, and proceeded to get any watered-down, warm remnants that might be in there. This is after we let her try her first taste of carbonation from Grandma's drink at the neighborhood picnic. Annie couldn't get enough! BTW, is this an advertisement or WHAT!?! So funny that Leia's reaction to carbonation has always been, "but it's too spicy" while Annie's is, . . .
One word: "Aaahhhh!" ; )

how funny!!

Kevin hasn't like carbonated drinks. Actually, he hasn't tried one for a long time -- I just decided that I wouldn't bother pushing this one. ;) ha!
