In the mornings we have been graced by visits from a doe and her fawn. Today was quite special in that the baby deer came right up to the window while we were eating our breakfast! What a new fawn this is! You can see spots and everything! It's really fun to see them (despite the fact that they eat my pansies). : )In other news, it was a rare summer bike ride this morning during seventy degree weather! While we were biking on the "little circle," Leia Rose breathed deeply and said, "Ahhhhhh! I just love the smell of North Carolina in the morning!" : )
