We had such a nice playdate with Heidi and Emily today! Here are Heidi and Leia Rose playing "birdies" (note their nest complete with baby birds). As an extra plus, it was really great for April to meet Emily because they are two fellow artists! Exciting!
Here's Heidi "flying." Both of them had "wings" made of scarves that we rubber-banded to their wrists and paper cliped to their shirts. Wonderful for flapping!
Next they played "kitties." Look at Leia Rose and Heidi in thier matching kitty costumes, complete with fur stoles from the 1920's!
Then girls convinced us to let them have "real" kitty food: cheerios and water. **sigh** Does this look familiar, Shenandoah?!? : )
