A Rare Moment with Annie

While April and Leia were at ballet, I had a rare and wonderful hour with Annie to just play with her and give her my full attention. (The poor kid had been carted around all day!) The most special thing Annie got to do was to experience the grass for the first time. I have vivid memories of when both of my girls did this, for some reason. Annie loved just sitting there in the cool grass just feeling it, . . . and tasting it. : ) I also caught a butterfly in our pickle jar for her to see, and she saw lots of butterflies and bumblebees on the flowers. We also swung on the hammock and did our fun hide and seek puzzle. Such a rare moment of peaceful bliss!
