Playin' Outside w/ Chompers

Leia's doing a lot better today about respect for her Mamma, so I thought I would sneak outside and do a little bit of spying on thier play. Can you see them collecting things in the center of the picture?

Turns out they were using the chompers to collect all sorts of treasures together.

They called it "storing things for winter." They even found two little acorn hats! They kept their loot in the baby swing. : )

I noticed that Leia Rose had something in her pocket. I asked her what it was, and she said, "It's two race cars." So funny! This is the first time she has ever chosen to put a toy in her pocket and take it anywhere. : )

Afterwards, we all headed over to Siler City to take a peek at Oma's and Papa's land. Lots of surprises there. 1. Their neighbor, Bill, had a for sale sign on his house! Oma ran around frantically trying to find out why, but was never able to. 2. The newest neighbors from Jupiter, FL had moved in. They were very nice, but had really aggressive dogs. (Hope they don't bark too much.) 3. There was a sign indicating a local hearing on the land near there home. Luckily, the meeting was about limiting land parcels to 1 acre or higher! : )
