Today was Pigtail Day!

I've always wanted to be able to give my children a variety of hairstyles, if they so desire. And up until now we've had a varitey of bows, yes, but styles with short hair are hard to come by. (And Leia Rose has always chosen short hair since her very first cut.) So now Leia Rose has a few choices each day: bow, pigtails, curled pigtails, double barrett, or headband. Can you guess what she chose today? : )

Just a cute little aside. This morning Leia Rose asked why I go bike riding with Annie sometimes. I told her that I wanted to show Annie some things and get some exercise. To which she replied, "Oh, extracise!!! I see now!" Ah, to add a fun name to an item in the tradition of "fruit cottontail" and "soupcase." : )
